we are in full contract!!!!

They signed last night so now its on to MORTGAGES!!!

YIPPEEEE SKIPPEEEE I almost own a HOUSE!!!!

I am going slightly insane from stress with all this.. but it will be well worth it I HOPE!!

Who wants to come over for a BBQ in August?!

Congratulations! We're doing the mortgage thing now too and its a pain but not terrible. I think doing the mortgage by istelf wouldn't be so bad...its all the other wedding planning and stuff like that that makes it seem so burdensome. Best of luck!!

I'll admit, I actually checked to see if you had one!

I think its a great idea! I always look for Fred pics when I need a pick-me-up (thank goodness Jenn has the Fred album). Sometimes I even make up little saying in my head to go with the pic! (Then my co-workers talk about putting me in a looney bin because I'm laughing at a seemingly innocent picture of a dog - please attempt to make me look sane again!)
