We are painting the kitchen today! *UPDATED WITH PICS*
I should have some pics by tonight or tomorrow. We are painting the bottom half of the wall red and the top half tan. There will be a white chair rail separating the two...but, that's not going up for another week or so.
So far, we've had to abandon the Ralph Lauren paint - OMG did that stuff totally stink! Horrible, horrible coverage - even WITH a red primer/basecoat! I will never use any other paint but Sherwin Williams...it has been tried and true for us every project we've attempted.
Wish us luck! I can't wait to have the kitchen finally look completed!

No angry mobs, pls...hubby is working like a dog to finish up tonight
We had a few setbacks....we tried the Ralph Lauren, and like I mentioned it was CRAP! Then we tried a Sherwin Williams color and it was too dark. But, we finally found the right colors and it looks great - but it's not finished yet.
The colors we settled upon are SW's Martha Stewart Barn and SW's Kilim Beige....it looks great, but I probably won't snap any pics until tomorrow, when we pull the tape off and re-hang the curtain and the wall art.
