I am really new to this but I am soooo extremely excited. We booked Hamlet Willow Creek yesterday. We just love the ambiance and we looked many other places and none of them compared. So YAY! We have a date set for February 7, 2009!!!

They do it in the ball room. They totally convert it to a chapel setting with an aisle. The aisle will be facing the window that over looks the lake and the bridge. They partition off half the room so you don't see the dance floor and the tables. Do you think it will be nice??

We aren't having the ceremony there, but we did think about it. Once we mentioned to his mom that we thought about not getting married in a church she almost fell over...so that's out! There was another bride from, I think, 07 who had her ceremony there, let me see if I can find it, she had pics.

Okay I found her!! Luckily I had an old FM from her. Go to 'search'up top and then where it says 'search posts member' type in: cjb88. Click on her profile and she has the pics in there. It looks beautiful! She also is a vendor on here, she makes jewelry.

Just the reception--our ceremony will be at St John the Baptist in WR But I'm sure the ceremony will be lovely there....Barbara at HWC is amazing and I trust her implicitly!!!!
