We booked DUet

So we booked with DUET photography we are using Sam.. Any one ever use her??
Although they worked with me on price after signing (manily cause i was so excitied) i relized that ThankYou cards were NOT included!!! HOw is that even possable i just figured that ever photographer would have them included,,, So i called back and spoke to about 3 differnt ppl then finally got some guy who i had to get loud with b,c he said 'oh no we dont do that' and after sayin then I want to cancell becase i NEEd thank yous, i finally got 80 of them out of him.... I want to go down there tomaorw n make them print me a new copy of my contract with the thank yous on in so i have it in writting....
So as much as i am happy i am kinda having a some second thoughts on this... Some one help me im going crazy on what to do now....

I have Sam's team too -- I belive Sam is a male.

I understood that thank you cards are not part of a photgrapher's basic package. We also haggled and had them thrown in.

I think we'll both be happy with Duet -- I love their work.

we had duet. if you keep talking to them eventually you'll get what you need like u did.
we got the very basic package with NOTHING included no prints no albums - just discs with edited and non edited photos so i do not know about that. thank yous we ordered from party city and will order wallets from walmart.
We had Sam- He was great to work with on the wedding day. I am a ham with the camera -he followed me around and I posed - I recommend you have a list as he may only do basic posed shots but maybe i just didnt give him a chance to express his ideas as i was always like 'lets do this!'
