WE BOOKED OUR WEDDING!!!! At Med Manor!
Sooooo we finally booked our wedding after almost 3 months of looking at RH and pricing out everything ect.... I was so excited to update my profile haha! Anyway the details!
The only thing I am worried about is the 100 guests seems so low! I have gone over my list so many times and have slashed so many people already... no one is allowed to bring a guest :( and we have made it 21 and up! Its just so sad that I can't spend my special day with everyone! But like everyone says if the person loves you then they will come... that leads me to my next thing our date!
While discussing prices we discussed a weekday wedding and the discounts that it brought us! Free ceremony which saves us 750.00, free seat covers on EVERY chair!, and sashes if we want for just 1.00 per chair! So I started thinking to myself of a date where everyone had off the next day! and July 3rd came to mind because of July 4th! I quickly texted my boss to make sure we had off next year for July 4th lol because it is a Wednesday. She said she believes so ect... so needless to say we booked July 3rd, 2012. Our ceremony is at 6:30-7 our cocktail hour is 7-8 and our reception is 8-12.
I am very happy with our decision I am just worried about the total guest amount. I am going to call him Friday since he isn't there tomorrow and see how much it would be to add 15-25 more guests! I just want leeway in case I can't slash any more. Its so hard to only invite 50 per side! My FW family is HUGE and she already slashed so many people :( Its just tough finical wise. My work friends are like 40 alone but i slashed them lol I keep telling myself our price per head includes our DJ, photographer, limo, flowers and ceremony! We also get direction cards for our invites and table seating cards.
Now off to find a dress, make the invites and save the dates, book our honeymoon, and everything in between lol! Can't wait for everyone help and opinions! you guys are great![]()
