We got a 40' trampoline yesterday to jog in place on it while at home. We used to go to the gym but havent gone in a while. I didnt think I'd enjoy the workout on it as much as I did. I think its better than the treadmill.

Trampolines are great for excercise. They are great for your legs and butt. I taught gymnastics for about 9 years and when I stopped I noticed a big difference in my quads/glutes area.

Krwm...Cool! I am so excited! I felt it in my calves and butt. I dont have room for a treadmill so we got this.

I use it in my apartment. I dont jump, I kinda jog in place so I dont bounce that high. Its pretty low. DH does it too and hes taller than me. Its less then a foot off the ground. It came w/ an excersise pamphlet w/ excersises to do.

Its a GREAT workout! My gym offers an Urban Rebounding class--everybody gets their own trampoline. Its supposed to be better for you than exercising on the floor because it absorbs the impact on your knees. Theres so many different moves you can do on it too--not just jogging! Have fun!!!

I also got one from Sports Authority. It was $39.99 but onsale for $29.99. I also got Rollerblades and a jump rope to use on the trampoline!
