We can LEGALLY get married...

FH & I went after work to Town Hall & got our marriage license!!! Now all we have to do is wait 5 weeks so that we can be MARRIED!!!!

Really STUPID question, but you HAVE to get a marriage license no matter what right? I know, I know..but my mom freaked me out b/c when she got married (eons ago) she didn't have to get one...or she doesn't remember if she had to.

Yup you NEED to get one!!! You can get it up to 60 days prior to the date but there is a 24 hour waiting period...So in your case, get the license as soon as possible!!!!
