We CLOSED today!! with Pics

What a great feeling of relief and total responsibility! LOL

The closing went well, the only glitch was that the mortgage company sent my attorney the wrong documents and the attorney said that if he did not get them by 11am this morning, we were not closing today! I was panicking but luckily the mortgage company got the paperwork there on time. It was a lot of signing. I felt sorry for the seller because it was her son's house and he passed away. When we were done she was crying and wished us luck with the house but wished she had her son back. It was a melancholy situation.
