it's ok! i'm sure non of us will feel a certain way about anything, i've just seen threads go horribly wrong over stuff like that in the past though! wow, westbury manor is really rolling strong on this board! gloria, play hookie from school and come to the showcase, c'mon c'mon! lol

I know I am not the jealous type lol!!Yeah you should go. I know everyone is booking there. It is such an amazing place I fell in love with it within the first couple of minutes I was there. i just had to have it!!!

Everybody is getting married there but I can see why now! My brother was married there 10 years ago in the Garden Room, same as us.

Goldie, your wedding must be bigger then ours, we didn't even see that room.

The room is huge it can fit well over 350. I originally wanted Friday night but you had to guarantee 185 with sunday night only 150, so I had to go with that because he said it would be tight in the smaller room

the garden room is nice as well but i was only able to get a small peak of it when we went there because someone was having a function at the time. My minimum is 150 and it may possible go up so we had no choice but to book the manor room.


Rita, are u going to be at the showcase too?!?

Yes I plan too but I am psycho so I would like to have all my vendors booked by than anyway, but it still wouldn't hurt to go

Yeah I should def be there!!! I plan to have my dj booked by next week. I know that the Photog/video I will have to visit a lot of places because it is so expensive so I probably won't have anything booked for that. That is the only thing I am 'shopping around for'

Congrats!

I really liked WM but couldn't book it for number of reasons involving other family getting married there and what they were charging for an evening weddings lol. I could have gone somewhere and paid what WM charged for an afternoon and got a evening wedding. That kind of upset me but it's ok.

me too!!! funny story though: there was a saturday like about 3 weeks ago that it rained so hard FH and I were at our favorite bakery butter cooky the one right in front of floral terrace then we decided to drive to Westbury Manor just too look at it (we are crazy) lol then as we drove by the parking lot the PEACOCK! had escaped lol and this gentleman was chasing after it lmao!!!
