Me and FH went to Paragon Designs on Saturday and booked chair covers! I can't wait to see how the room looks with them! We weren't sure that we wanted to have the extra expense on something we weren't sure was necessary.....but once we saw in person what the chairs look like, we decided to go for it.
They're having a special until August 1. $5.00 per chair and that includes set-up.
Here's what mine will look like, except the flowers in the bow will be plum.....
very pretty! i'm having chair covers too and agree that it makes a difference!

I have no idea -- they said they won't know until it gets closer to my wedding date -- I'm having about 150 people. If someone else is getting married with 300, they'll get that room that expands.

I love chair covers, it makes the room look much classier. I am having them as well but they are throwing them in for free.....YIPEE

Oh really! My BM said each room goes by the time you get married. The earlier wedding goes in the Veranda rm (the room that expands) and later wedding goes in the Pavilion rm. But obviously if you are having 300+ people you would have to get the bigger rm but have your wedding earlier. I guess it depends on the day too.

I don't remember if the chair covers are included but I do know that they had just got new chairs I like the chair covers better but I don't t hink I can fit it into my budget if they are not included

I'm having my reception in the Pavilion room. I love how it's next to the cocktail room. I was told by my BM that it's first come, first serve. Even though my wedding is early, I get the room I want. She did say however if there was a giant wedding happening that day and I wanted the Veranda room that they would call and might have to switch. I'm also getting married on a Sunday, so I think I wont have any problems.
