First I made lists... One was My family, 'The Italians', 'The Polish people', Rays Family, Work friends, My friends, rays friends, Joint friends... then we just broke up these lists into tables. All the problems came in with my moms friends and neighbors because there was an odd number so we had to mix some tables up. But it is all worked out now

glad you got that done...I heard it can be kind of hard...FH and I are going to lock oursevlves in a room when we do it so no one can interfere...

Julz33, we also did our seating this weekend! It is due Thursday at the hall...

I bought a poster board and made a blown-up version of the seating chart JT gave us. Then I made little slips of paper with each person's name on it. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be.

Do you have a different number of people at some tables verses others? For example, at table #1 I only have 7 people (we only wanted the 2 sets of parents and all grandparents at this table) but at most others we have 9 or 10 people. Do you think this will look strange?? (we have round tables)
