We do letters, etc

Where can I get the wooden 'We Do' or 'Love' letters already painted? I am not a DIY lady, so I want to maybe find an Etsy vendor or buy the letters in silver metal.
(I would find a way to ruin this project, trust me.) Any suggestions?

I saw them in silver either at Michaels or AC Moore like 2 months ago.

Not sure if they're still there - but check it out. Or try online.
