For those of you that asked the apartment is in a legal two-family house in Glen Cove (if any of you know the area its in the neighborhoods behind the Burger King, off Elm Ave)

I can't wait for FH to get home, I'm going to bring him and my Mom over at 8pm to see the apt for themselves!!
