We found a place!
Whoo hoo!
FH and I just started looking for our first apartment together. Hardly anyone would talk to us yet since we aren't moving until August 1st.
The first place that we went to look at and it was absolutely perfect! It's in a town that I used to hang out in all the time in high school, the houses on the block are huge, the landlords are awesome, the apartment looks brand new, the kitchen is twice the size of the one at my mom's house, huge bathroom, washer and dryer in the apartment, everything included in our price range, and it's in a half basement which is acoustically perfect for our recordings. Love it!
They said it's ours and will have a lease written up for when we get back from LA. The old tenant is moving out soon and they will give the entire place a fresh coat of paint.
