I can't believe it. I never went apartment shopping before and the real estate showed us one that was perfect for us. We went home thought about it for about 1/2 hour and then called the real estate to tell her that we're interested. She said okay bring two checks tomorrow...one for the security the other for our commision. I can't believe they just gave it to us without any questions or interviewing us. Isn't that odd?

It's a 2 family house in East Rockaway. The nice thing about it is that it's only ten minutes away from my house...the better thing about it is its 2 minutes away from my job! FI is very jealous!
