I am not sure. I took forever to get here. We had unusual circumstances. The first mortgage man did not know what he was doing, after 6 weeks I walked away from them and went with another bank and got a mortgage in 5 days! I am also buying my sister out of her half of the house, both my parents have passed away, so we have only one lawyer involved and the lawyer that represents the bank. We got the go ahead for closing last Thursday and got the call from the lawyer yesterday- Tuesday to pick out a day for next week. I am not sure how long it takes. I am so excited. Thank you for all of your good wishes. If anyone wants to know what bank tried to screw things up for us and they want to avoid going with that bank , to prevent what i went thru, FM mail me. This place one mortgage man in particular did not know how to package a mortgage a regular normal mortage, FM mail me. It is something I will never forget. A simple mortgage this man could not do!
