The Woodlands did a tasty job and we are so excited for the wedding now even more so than before! Its so close.
For the first course they created a baked pear with gorgonzola cheese with salad wrapped in cucumber. It was delicious and perfect for the time of year.
The only thing I am upset about is that since we booked I have worked with 5 different BMs!! However, they have all been amazing so I'm not worried.

That is great!
A friend I work with had her sister's wedding at the Woodlands and she raved about it. Had it been closer for our church I definitely would have checked it out.
Glad the tasting went well! We were happy when we had our tasting...
And good think ALL of your BM's have been amazing....that helps since you've dealt with so many!

Oooooh, I had that appetizer at FSIL's wedding in August and it was TO DIE FOR. As was the sea bass..actually all of the food was just amazing there!
