We had our walk through tonight
and everything was okay but she has SO MUCH CRAP she still has to get rid of!!! i know she's going to leave some stuff there!!!!!!
she asked if we wanted some things and we said yes... like some dressers for DH new garage for storage, an apple roaster, a waffle maker, and pizza tray, a sweing machine, a moving dolly, and reall y really big ladder ummm ah yeah and she gave some stuff to the realtor too!!! it was sooo funny... but sad she is an old lady who has 40 years of crap built up in this place and she has basically no-one to help her....
hopefully we can use escrow (sp) $$$ for a dumpster!!
