We have a venue!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BIG CHECK FOR ME!

Oh my god. I am so excited right now! After allll the trouble and the venting and the stress we (98%) decided on a venue! Nothing has been signed or anything yet but the prices are right, the space is exactly what I wanted, and I have emails from previous brides with more guests than we are having who can attest that space is not an issue! I am so so so so so happy and want to thank everyone for their help!!!!

BIG CHECK FOR ME!!!

ETA: Forgot to say which venue! We decided to go with Manhattan Penthouse! But I'm still a LI bride, I promise!

yess exactly! windows/view and no carpet were my two main criteria - I'm obsessed with light and brightness in every aspect of my life (including my apartment, and our current place is so dark) so that was one of the things that caught me right away!!!
