It snows every year! It hasn't changed...it's still the same. I don't understand why the second we get a little flurry, the world has to stop! I mean, being cautious on the road when it is slick and icy is one thing, but come on people! It should not have to take me 1 hour and 20 minutes to get to work on the LIE when it usually takes me 15 minutes!!!!
People won't change.. They get paranoid and its good to be extra careful in snow or rain.. but there is no need to drive 10 mph!

I'm the same way! I'll do 50-60mph while others are moving like little turtles
HAHAH i just got into my class 8 min late and no one was here. Everyone was late because people were driving so freaking slow. It wasn't even bad out at all. Frustrating.
i know what you mean people drive like they are 80
