The upstairs was more beuatiful than the downstairs. There was a full master bedroom with vaulted cielings, and a full master bathroom that was just finished 2 weeks ago and it was huge...Both room had glass sliding doors to a rear deck overlooking the backyard and the water....

The downstairs bathroom had a jacuzzi....hardwood floors, heated floors....Amazing. The kitchen had to cost at least $60k to redo

That kitchen looks exactly like the kitchen we are just starting to work on in my house! There are two differences...we got different countertops and instead of a side by side fridge we got a trio...
Very cool to see it all put together.

edited because DH yelled at me and said there are more than two differences and I told me I should tell you that...there are a few differences that he pointed out to me but for the most part they are minor.

Happy now, dear?

Wonder why they are selling if they just sunk so much money into it?

Sometimes people buy a house that needs work. Fix it up and sell it for a lot more. If they are in the construction bizz thats awesome.

The house was totally worth the money..You had to see it...The rooms were huge...and the work that was done to it was amazing...especially the downstairs bathroom, the dining room, kitchen, hardwood floors, master bedroom suite, master bathroom...and the driveway....Wish we had the money to afford it.

The house was in South Bellmore.

We probably have seen you at Stop and Shop. That is where we usually shop.
