They have accepted our offer. FI and i are seeing another place today to make sure this is def the one we want. If so, we give them all our money for 30 yrs.
PS- just started looking YESTERDAY!!! Can you bel. we found something we LOVE?? We def. dont wanna let it go. God knows the prices are high enough

Thats great news. We are going through the samething as well. We had our offer accepted last Saturday and this whole week I have been on the phone with lawyers and with the mortgage people. It has been a very busy week to say the least. Good luck with your place!
