We may have to do a 2010 wedding. We are both paying for everything on our own, my father has passed on so my mother is in no position to help. His parents can't do too much that'll make a dent. So we may have to push it off til 2010 winter. I know it'll happen but I'm getting older and want more kids, have a 12 yr old already. EEEERRRRRR Does money fall from the sky?LOL

Dont worry, it will all work out!! Its better to wait and have the wedding of your dreams than to rush it and have one that your not completly happy with.

We are trying to cut corners where ever we can but, at the sametime we want what we want..... besides the Rh being the most I never realized how photography and videography was so costly and I really want those.

Im in the same boat as you...theres ways around it tho. What about paying off the hall every month or every few months? Believe me its burning a hole in my pocket but maybe you can do somethign like that-
where theres a will theres a way.

We originally wanted a 2008 wedding until we sat down and looked at how much it might cost. We then gave ourselves another year to make it happen.

i think its the smartest thing to do to push it back another year... that way you can save up the money and have exactly what you want... its a fantastic idea.
and good for you for being smart and not biting off more than you can chew... its very admirable.

aww don't worry it will happen. FH and I are paying for everything ourselves too and I know what it's like to feel like everything is so expensive. I couldn't believe the prices of the photographer and videographer as well. Good Luck and if you do decide to do a 2010 wedding please still chat with us!

money is a big factor for us also! Just rememeber to book earlyso you get the year before prices .... plan on everything going up lile 5-10% a year!

Now alot of people tell me that, you book a head of time you get this years prices but, whe I have called they are giving me prices in the year 2009 and tell me they will go up $5, each year. Am I asking the questions?
