We met with Gail Watson of Gail Watson Cakes last night!
Everything went very well and she gave us each two pieces of cake to try. One was dark chocolate cake with tri-berry compote and the other was vanilla cake with canoli filling. FH and I LOVED the dark chocolate with the berry filling. She had a lot of books to look through and her prices were pretty reasonable. Anyone still looking for a cake should definitely make an appt. with her. I'm going to ROn Ben Israel next week and I'm going to make my decision then.

i will, i promise. my appt. is next wednesday morning so i will post a review as soon as i get back. i have a feeling i'm going to fall in love with one of his cakes!
