Due to the wedding stress....FH and I need a weekend together away from it all...just us and no talk about the wedding. Can you gals reccommend a nice place to get away to? I'd like to stay away from casinos. Thanks ladies!

Florida is a short plane ride. Ft. Lauderdale is less expensive to fly into than Miami.

there is this really nice place on Lake George called the Trout House. Its beautiful. Log cabins with fire places, full kitchen, with good prices... highly recommended!!!!

FH and I spent last weekend at a bed and breakfast in Berkshire Massachusetts...it was wonderful...so relaxing and quiet....I did not want to leave!!! FM me if you want specifics...

I 2nd the poconos....... FH and I stayed at a Caesars Resort. It was absolutely amazing, we had a hot tub and pool in the room! Kinda $$ though.....
