FH works for his friend. Fh finds houses for him that have foreclosed to flip and he does all that work. Then FH find buyers for those houses.
Does FH like it? This is my FH's dream job!!
He loves doing that. He loves to interact with different people everyday. He wants to start buying also houses for himself and fliping them. Hopefully we can make some money.

are all his flip successful? I love watching that show on TLC on saturday and I feel so bad when their budget is like doubled and they can't get permits???
Most of them....sometimes to get rid of the houses they almost cut even but 90% of the times they end up gaining about 50-60k per house.
