FH is a Physical Education Teacher at an elementary school. He gets hit on by second graders pretty regularly.

He also coaches and works at NYSC as a consultant in his free time.

FH always gets mad that I don't 'actually know' what he does. But, I doooooo lol. He's a real estate developer. He and his dad own a family business. They build buildings in NYC and here in Florida where we live.

Yikes....

FH works for his friend. Fh finds houses for him that have foreclosed to flip and he does all that work. Then FH find buyers for those houses.

Does FH like it? This is my FH's dream job!!

He loves doing that. He loves to interact with different people everyday. He wants to start buying also houses for himself and fliping them. Hopefully we can make some money.

are all his flip successful? I love watching that show on TLC on saturday and I feel so bad when their budget is like doubled and they can't get permits???
