We need some thoughts and prayers too..AGAIN!

All the prayers we can get will help. FH's brother, a member of our wedding party, has just gone into respitory failure...now I do not know too much about this besides the fact that we were told the next 3-4 hours are critical. I can't believe that this is happening...it is very disheartening and quite upsetting. Any of you with some medical backgroud knowledge that can give me a better scope of what to expect, it would be greatly appreciated.

What can I even say to help except that this is what the 'through the bad times' in our vows really means. I wish we could all give you one big hug. Please know that we are all thinking of you and your FH and his family. It might not seem like it now, but there will be better times ahead.

OMG Debbie. I am soo sorry. My prayers and thoughts are with your family. My uncle just passed away in South America. He too was in the hospital and everyone thought he was going to be okay. It's been really hard for us too.

Debbie... What more can be said, but how terrible, and I feel for you at this time. I totally understand what you are going thru - my great grandmother passed away a couple of years ago, and we had to bury her on my birthday... Ever since, my birthday celebrations have been somewhat bittersweet, and I find it highly challenging to go and visit her grave. All in all, what I say to you is this, and I pray that you & your husband heed my words...

Those whose bodies leave you are always with you as long as you choose not to allow their memories to go away. Always remember the times - whether they be good or bad, because regardless of what.... they are the memories that you have of another of God's souls.

OMG Debbie, I couldnt believe when I read this. I'm so sorry you have to go through this again. Please please let me know if you ever need anything at all. Tell your FH that we are all here for the both of you.
One thing to remember is that they will both be angels smiling down on you both. They know how much they are loved, and your memories will keep them alive in your hearts.
I also go through the challenge of not having my Mother here with me (she passed 2 years ago)
but I think of her everyday, and try my best to remember she's not suffering, and that she is always with me, in my heart. And I feel she is still taking care of me.
At times when I'm sad, I think about her and feel comforted.
Hopefully there comes a day, where you and FH can do the same.
I am here for you, always.
