We were able to pick our menu tonight, our linens, and cake! I'm getting very excited!! I think that it finally hit FH that in about 7 weeks hes going to be a married man!

For our chafing dishes, Beef Bourguignon, Chicken Roulade, eggplant rollitini, seafood crepe, tortalini carbornara,penne alla vodka rice pilaf and roast loin of pork stuffed with apricots
For the dinner Italian wedding soup appetizer, Prime ribs au jus, Chicken Corden Bleu and Roast salmon oregonata
For the cake its a square marble cake with white buttercream icing filled with one layer of choc. pudding and one layer of choc. mousse.
We're debating on a Viennese hour after hearing what they offer I really want one!
