We are doing this cake in white with Whip Cream as the frosting and the fillings will be 1/2 canoli and 1/2 chocolate Mousse. It is only going to be a three teir cake.

I love that cake!!! It is actually one of the ones I was considering for my wedding. There aren't too many fall ones to pick from.

Thanks Sylvia! I found pics online and brought them with me (thankd god). I hated everything they had in the book. I definitely recommend bringing Pics. Good Luck!!!
