We put in an offer for a condo and it was ACCEPTED!!!

I don't want to get TOO excited because the sellers could still change their minds...but, we are going in to attorney review tomorrow! Our closing date is set for Jan 30!!

Congratulations! That is so exciting! We just closed on our house and be warned some parts of it are stressful, but in the end it is all worth it!!
