This Saturday! Woo Hoo!!

Anyone know any good picture places in Riverside Park? Otherwise I think we're going to take them at Columbia University, since I live right around the corner (and went to school there)

I like the columbia University/park idea... You can probably take a lot of romantic shots. Who is your photographer? And what are you wearing?

Thanks everyone!

We're having them taken by BTC Photography - vendor on this site. Really nice on the phone - will let you what I think of the books, etc.

FH and I are debating on clothes. Well, I'm debating - he told me he doesn't care what we wear. I'm thinking khakis and white button-down shirts for each of us, and a cardigan over my shoulders to break it up a little bit. But I'm open to suggestions....

Oooh, Meghan, I see warning signals. Even though FH says he 'doesn't care', guess what, he does. Mine changed his mind an hour before we had to leave and I almost had a panic attack trying to coordinate ourselves. And we still went uncoordinated.

I would make sure that you both know what you're wearing the night before so that the day is less stressfull...

Alina - I just called FH b/c of your post. He was really funny about it and told me that apart from wearing a costume he's be OK with anything. I ran the khakis/shirts idea and he was all like 'this is what you're bothering me with?!??'

So I think we're definitely doing khakis...unless I can come up with a better idea!

My photographer advised no white, no black and no wild patterns for engagement pics. Just something to think about as you pick out clothes!
