Last night we signed the contract to our new townhome. It is a three bedroom, 2 1/2 baths, 3 level townhome in Chappaqua. It is new and I am so ready for this! Finally! It is so serene and in such a great school district. I loved it so much and just did not want to jinx ourselves this time around. We close on or about August 30th. I could live there my whole life!!!!
