Kind of excited and nervous at the same time. A couple backed out so a spot opened up for us. It's 5 weeks long. I'll report back ASAP!

Just got home. It was very nice. We met with the three couples and the 'lead' couple. You could just tell that they are still in love after 30+ years and 5 kids!! FH was more talkitive than I would have EVER imagined. We're both looking forward to the next one!

Yeah we have 5 weeks also. It is his whole thing where we do the FOCCUS thing first then we all have to meet at church, then meet for 5 weeks for the classes and then end it with sunday at church and a party after it to congratulate us. Iol I just want to get it done. It doesn't start til November and the classes start in January.
Have fun though. Keep us updated on how it is.

my church said it started in Oct and its 7 weeks every sunday for 1 hour at the groups homes. Each week we rotate. That makes me nervous considering Im not supposed to be living here...(by the church of course) Where can I go to get info on one of those 2 day precanas?

go to the rockville centre diocese website...if you google it, you will find it. On the right side of page click on faith formation...I just did this last week and registered for 8/25 and 8/26...2 days seems better than 5 weeks, to me anyway
