We went and depressed ourselves
We went to a few open houses today (coops)... they were all okay, nothing we would be serious about, but in our price range. Right by where we live there are these townhouse condos kind of new. There was an open house sign so we went to see it... its a duplex with a baseement and huge and new and $745,000!!!! DH told me to start paying lotto! It just makes me sad that I'll never live somewhere so nice....at least not in NY.
