Weaning - Which feedings to take out first?

Now I haven't had engorgement for a long time. But I've only gone about 6 hours the most without pumping or nursing with no problems at all. I think I'll be ok, but you never know. I need your help deciding which feedings/sessions to take out and when? If you could help I'd greatly appreciate it. I thought that if I take 1 session/feeding out every 4 days about a week before his 1st Bday he'll be completely weaned.

Here's what his schedule is now...

5-6:00am - Nurse (When he wakes up)
10-11:00am- Pump
3-4:00pm - Pump
6-7:00-pm - Nurse
9:00pm - Nurse

I used to pump at exactly the same time, but with work, it's usually between those times.

What do you think?

I thought of taking out the 6-7:00pm first, but then I'm not sure which one next?

Oh yeah... I almost forgot, that I'm also thinking about maybe only cutting back on the pumping by a few minutes everyday. But I only pump for 10 minutes each time at work.
