Is anyone changing at the RH before they go to the Hotel for their wedding night. My mom just mentioned to me that she can tak emy dress home from RH if I want her to.
I kinda wanted to wear it to the hotel. Hey, I will never be in a bridal dress ever again. I might wnat to sleep in it. Haha

My reception ends at 5:30 and then we are heading to the hotel to hang out at their bar for a little while before heading upstairs for the night.
I am not getting out of that dress until I have to ! Everyone else can change into sweats for all I care. I want everyone to know that I GOT MARRIED TODAY !

my wedding ended at 5:00 pm -- and we got back to the hotel around 5:30ish or 6. my sister and i went upstairs, she changed and said 'okay let's get that off of you' and i looked at her and said 'you must be f*cking crazy--i am NOT taking this dress off'
we hung out in the lobby/lounge area for like an hour figuring out our after party idea---as i sat in my gown.
then we drove to my parents house--DH in his tux still as well....and my dad (in his tux) went to a colombian restaurant and got some chicken, rice ,etc. and we had a little party---i walked and sat around my parent's house in my gown while everyone else had changd. DH and i didn't want to give up our attire. we chilled there until about 10:30 and then went back to the hotel, where I finally had to take the dress off!

We will be changing at my house before we go to the hotel. It just would be easier for us. I think it is whatever makes you happy.

I'm keeping my dress on too! Shoot- I'll never wear my wedding dress again- so I'm not taking it off til I have to!!

I kept my dress on, but we had a Friday night wedding and didn't get to the hotel till about 1am. This is really what you want to do.

I'm changing right after the reception - but we are heading from the reception to the airport.
My sister is trying to convince me to wear my gown on the plane - but I am think that would make for a very uncomfortable flight!

I had my bachelorette party this past weekend and there was a bride in her gown at the bar! I thought it was great.

No, I didnt change! I'm a real attention hog so I loved how people were staring at me & my dress walking into our Hotel! LOL!
DH took it off but had major complications taking it off b/c of the corset!

I wore mine to the hotel....I even fell asleep in it for a little while. I agree, you only get to wear it once so keep it on as long as you possibly can
