website and coupon codes?

does anyone have suggestions for the best all-around bridal accessory website? I'm looking for garter, unity candle, gifts for mom and dad, etc? I just want a good all-in-one place so I don't get nailed for multiple shipping costs.
Also do you have coupon or discount codes for these sites?

Thanks for your help.
