The site is beautiful!
Here are my suggestions (jmo of course). I would try a small whilte border around each of the pics to break them up without them looking so scattered. I would switch the direction of the pic of Luke's head smiling so that it looks like he is looking at you as you are walking down the aisle smiling with your dad. Also, I would have the sequence of you walking down the aisle with your dad up to you and Luke walkig back down the aisle as man & wife uninterrupted by pics of others. Therefore, the pics of the bridal party would be removed and instead I would use a different shot of them either before or after the sequence.
Oh yeah, I would also remove the color photo of the flowers (top row, third pic) it just doesn't seem to fit in to me.
