Sorry, I'm just getting back into the swing of things again. I've been consumed with my Dad. He has surgery for the big 'C' on Halloween and he's really getting down in the dumps. I've been a little depressed and haven't had a chance to come to the boards and vent. I've missed you guys though!! I'll check through the old posts. I'm sure I've missed a lot!!

I also forgot to mention that my Grandfather had a mini stroke. So on top of everything else, I've had my hands full. It's been an emotional roller coaster. I am extremely nervous and unsure of things. We're getting married at his house and I just don't know what I'd do if he wasn't there. It wouldn't be the same... I'm really trying to not think of it. Dad, on the other hand is getting really depressed. He was doing so good for a while, but I guess now that the surgery is creeping closer and closer he is starting to realize what's about to happen. He looks tired all the time and just doesn't have the peppy humor that I'm used to seeing. I think once the surgery os over he's not going to be the same person. It ****s. I hate this.
