Wedding address invite spreadsheet

Can someone please help me with a spreadsheet that will help out with addresses? I need to start putting together addresses of all the invites I'm sending.

This is what i am currently working on.

Currently i have it setup with the following headers:
First Name
Spouse/Guest First Name
Last Name
Relation (ie Bride's family,Bride's Friend, best man,etc)
Note (i had some i had to put extra infor or remind me to get more contact information)
Street
City
State
Zip
Phone
Email
RSVP (number of people they are bringing)
Confirmation
Gift
Thank you not sent

This was just a first draft and i am always open to sugggestions.

I have different tabs on my spreadsheet.

The first tab is 'Wedding Master' and has first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, phone, email, save the date & shower columns.

My next tab is my 'STD' tab which has name & addresses for those.

My next tab is my 'Shower' tab and has first name, last name, address, city, state, zip, gift, date received, date thank you sent.

Next is 'Rehearsal Dinner' which has mailing info for those invites.

Next is 'RSVP' which has last name, first names, bus (yes or no), # people for bus, hotel (yes or no), YES (wedding)- I filled in a number, NO (wedding, again a number), date received, gift, date gift received, date thank you sent.

My final tab is the 'Place Card' tab which has name (Mr. & Mrs. _______ __________) Table #.
