We would like to have a wedding after party from 10pm - 1am the night of our wedding. It ends about 8:30. Any good places to drink, relax, and hang out?

Hmm, I think anywhere in Nassau will be fine.
If you blocked rooms at a hotel and they have a bar maybe you could have it there or maybe arrange something with the hotel where they could supply you with a meeting room and a fixed food or/and alcohol price.
I went to a wedding once, wher ethey did this. The hotel that they had a block of rooms at provided them with a conference room and they had fruit platters, and shrimp and a keg. It was more fun than the actual wedding.
We arent' blocking any rooms because we don't need them.
there is a great bar right down from the Andrew Hotel in Great Neck. No idea the name but we stopped in there when we looked at the hotel. They were really nice and said they had post wedding parties all the time. I highly recommend taking a drive over there and checking it out. Sorry I couldn't give you more specific information.
