I would either include a separate card in the invite. Or include in the OOT gift bags at the hotel...if you are doing OOT gift bags. Because not everyone will stay at the hotel, a separatecard in the invite might make most sense

I'm having an after party for pretty much only our BP and maybe if some OOT-ers want to have a drink with us if they're staying in the hotel. It will be by word of mouth I think.
yea ours will be bridal party and selected others spread verbally...no way im spending extra money on invites for that
We are doing a small afterparty at our hotel since theyve agreed to keep the hotel bar open for us. So I think we are going to include something in the OOT bags to tell people about this. We might put it on our wedding website as well, but not sure.
maybe have the dj/mc announce it towards the end of the reception??
its on our wedding website with the hotel info. most people will know by word of mouth if they don't see it on the website.
