Wedding at Birchwood in Riverhead??(Polish Town)

Has anyone checked into this?

My Brother and FSIL are looking, and are on a pretty tight budget....

They live in Sag Harbor, and are willing to travel from Montauk to RIverhead.

Please give any suggestions!!

I have never been to the Birchwood, but I am sure there are some other places that are less expensive. I know Atlantis (Acquarium) does wedding in Riverhead. Also, if she is getting married off season I know Gurney's offers some great deals. Georgios off season would prob be under $100 per person and if she had it on Fri night or Sunday she would get it even cheaper. There are definately other options for inexpensive places. Hope this helped!!

I happen to know that Atlantis is very inexpensive. Someone i know is getting married there and its like $60 per person.

i wouldn't say atlantis is inexpensive, but i guess it depends on what time of year you book for like any other venue. we are paying $95pp (not including tax and grat) for a july friday night with buffet. to me thats on the high side for a fri and buffet, but i think we are paying more for the surroundings than anything else. they do offer coctail receptions for cheaper as well. good luck in your search! its so nice of you to be helping your brother! ~lacey
