We picked out our wedding bands months ago and I have been having second thoughts. I just feel like I want something bigger and I really don't want to upgrade later. I want the rings that we get now, to be our rings forever. I went back to the jeweler and fell in love with another band but everyone is telling me that it is too big for my engagement ring. I obviously don't want to take away from that ring so idk what to do! I posted pics in my album. The first one is that original and the last in the new one.
thoughts???

I know what you mean but I think the first one fits your E ring nicer. they compliment each other and seem to be a pair

I think the bigger one is overpowering. I like the thinner one a lot better.

ok thanks girls! I also want to point out that the bigger ring is a size 6.5 and I'm a 4.5 so It will sit a little bit lower.

The first one looks nicer don't want to take away from engagement rings, just think it could be your forever ring if years from now on an anniversary you can get another and put it on top of engagement ring than it will look nice without upgrading ever just adding ;)

Re: Wedding band dilema
get the one you love!!
mine doesnt match my ering. but sometimes im wearing it with the ering and sometimes with two other bands.
i kind of like that they are not perfect for each other. i have pics in my album too if you want to see the band with the ering.
ETA: as someone said.. you can get the smaller one now and add a second in a year etc.

I agree! I had a hard time finding something that matched my engagement ring since the band is a split shank, so I just went with what I liked instead. Also, I'm a nurse, so I wouldn't really be able to wear my e-ring to work anyway, but still wanted to have something blingy in place of my engagement ring. Go with what you like, and what you'll be happy to wear everyday. :)

Get whichever YOU love more!- it will be on YOUR finger forever, after all! Absolutely does not have to match, especially if you were ever planning on going without the engagement ring & just wearing wedding band- or switching the fingers you wear each on

Personally I like the first one more, but it is your wedding and your choice, you have to go with what it right for you.
Good luck with your decision.

I personally like the first one better. What about getting another one of the first ring and have two. One on the bottom and one on top.

You could always wear your engagement ring on your other hand and get the second ring that you love. One of my co workers does that because she doesn't like how they look together.
