I was wondering if anyone had any input on the bands Heart and Soul (franklin wayne music) or Body Heat? I am trying to decide, and love them both! Has anyone used them, or seen them at a wedding they attended?

Same here. I didn't check out either of the bands you mentioned but we booked The Projekt! They are amazing!! You should def check them out.

I didn't use either of them I'm using Arcadia for my wedding in May saw them at a wedding and they were fabulous. Saw body heat at a showcase and thought they were just OK, and the price was more. Check out Arcadia!

We booked New york minute ...we looked around and saw just about every band under 10 grand.The most popular ones we were not impressed with at all. They all seem to have trouble with the dance music stuff....most sounded off. They nailed the dance music....and that was the sound we were looking for. We almost went with a dj because of this....if they do not sound as good as the org. recording than why bother spending thousands. Soul Revival was also a very good band. It was a toss up between those 2 for us.

We are looking for something more in the $5000 range but it seems like most recommended bands are more than that.

I would say try Soul Revival...they might go for a bit over $5000 on a friday nite....try them and see. They are awesome! It was about that for a sunday nite/evening.

We went to see Infinity (a new Franklin Wayne band) at a showcase and fell in love with them. I forget what their price is but definitely not as high as the other Franklin Wayne bands you mentioned because they are smaller (5 pieces) and are a new group. You should check them out if you liked the other bands and Franklin Wayne does have such a great reputation!

I am booked with Heart & Soul and love them. I am paying $6700. I believe most of their bands are around that price...which also includes a piano player for the cocktail hr

We just saw Infinity too and thought they were great. They are a six piece band and the price for cocktail hour and reception is $4900. If you contact Franklin Wayne he will send you their CD.

I'm booked with Infinty. I saw them at a Watermill showcase, and again at a Woodlands showcase. They sounded great at both venues. What I loved about them is that they play the dance music and the rock music. They also have this light set up that changes colors, kinda like their own uplighting.

I saw Body Heat at a showcase and they were really good. They were our second favorite. We booked with Code Bleu and LOVE them.
My cousin saw Body Heat at a wedding at the North Ritz Club and they absolutely loved them. My cousin had Timepiece at her wedding (which is like 2x the price of Body Heat) and she said she liked them even more than her wedding band!
