This must sound crazy to all the busy brides but I actually miss wedding planning & my wedding!!!! I would do it all over again - it was so worth it to see everything come together & the night - like everyone warned - went by so fast!!! Enjoy every minute ladies becuase it will be over before you know it!

I feel the same way. I tell myself that with all this free time I can do a lot of projects around the house. It hasn't happened yet.
I am in the final stages of thank you card proof and then I am going to start working on my album.

I am on the same page as you. Every time I look at my wedding pics or video trailer all I can think about is how I would do it all over again. That's why I don't come on here as much because I miss wedding planning.
I'm still in the process of writing up my thank you cards so I can mail them out. And I still have to work on my album. The post wedding stuff are not as much fun.

I havent received my photos yet but did ask for the ones with us holding thank you signs so I can start on that. I can't wait to receive our video & trailer - should get it next week!
Post-wedding stuff is nit as fun but it does bring back wedding day memories!
Once we get our video, we will have our bridal party over & share all the memories again

I can't imagine I'll miss the planning of the wedding. I can't wait to be done! But I am sure I'll want to re-live the wedding day over and over again lol

I won't miss the planning at all. Just like jassy119, I will only want to re-live the wedding day over and over again. I feel sick to my stomach that we still owe money to some vendors and I will not miss spending all this money.

Oh def won't miss the money spending! LOL But now that I went through all the planning, I would love to help other brides plan their weddign and give them ideas - I'm just full of all kinds of wedding info! LOL

Unfortunately, my wedding planning has not been all fun and excitement. My best friend(at least I thought she was) has been completely absent from everything including the wedding -going through personal stuff in her own marriage but have not seen her since I have been engaged, my father lost his job, and my maid of honor will be donating her kidney to her father right before the wedding. I am doing everything to stay positive and keep my spirits up. I wish I would have know you guys sooner. Would have loved the help and ideas = )

Thanks sweetie! Actually I have all the venues booked, just did our engagement photos and things are coming along. Very blessed to have the two best girls by my side. Have all my favors home just picking a day when I can have my girls come over and put them together. Once I get the engagement photos then I can send out the invites. Despite everything things are coming along and I am truly blessed. I don't question why all the other stuff is happening during this special time in my life but I know at the end of the day it all has a way of working themselves out.

Your wedding will be fabulous! Don't stress about things you can't control. Focus on your big day because its all about you & FH. One thing I learned is that people's lives don't stop just because you have a wedding coming up so make the best of it & if you need any advice or need to just vent,, feel free to FM me or post on the boards!

I don't think you sound crazy at all! I have until March and even though I still have a lot of little things to do and a few big things, I'm sad that the whole excitement of booking our major vendors is over lol. I love planning parties and I can't even imagine how sad I'll feel once the wedding is over even though I can't wait to start my new married life! I hope you are enjoying yours!!
