wedding budget?? - Long Island Weddings

our budget started at 45K went to 50K and now looking closer at 55K. FH & I are paying for this on our own. Everything is just so effin expensive

We arent far behind and we are paying for everything ourselves too. SO EXPENSIVE

Same here - tried staying around 50k, but now pushing 65k w/honeymoon. We are paying everything ourselves as well. Thank God i had a huge savings acct before I even met FH that i created as a 'wedding fund'. yes, i'm crazy lol.

We never made a budget since we had no clue what things would cost. We made smart decisions and based our vendors around the average for that service.

That's what we are doing, to a T!

We didn't set a budget,we tried to make smart decisions on which vendor we used. the last time we looked at the numbers we were at 18K I would imagine we are at 20 now.
