Wedding Cake

Girlies, where r u getting ur cakes from? the venue or a different place? I've been doing some research for places that specialize on cakes and everywhere I go I keep seeing pics from P i n k C a k e B o x. The only thing is that they're in NJ! Here are some of their cakes, gorgeous!!!

those are some pretty cakes, mine is being made at the rh I don't think that it's coming from an outside bakery.

Those cakes look amazing!!!

We are getting ours from the venue though... it wasnt another thing we could add to the budget.... we get 2 choices of bakeries with our venue though.....

Ohhhh I love the very last one!

I haven't even really thought about the cake, but we will be getting it from Dortoni's which is the bakery Jericho Terrace uses. I can save money in some places I guess.

We are getting our cake from the rolling pin bakery in setauket...they make beautiful cakes and are very reasonably priced...someone highly recommended them to me and im glad they did

using whatever bakery CB will be using a cake is not in the budget to go outside for.

Pink cake box is where bethenney frankel got hers from!!!!!!!!!! We are getting one from the RH!!!!! Don't really like it at all but we are trying to come up with ideas for this!!!

I know! that's where I initially heard from them. I got into the show recently lol!! she's hillarious! I like her more in this show than in Housewives of NY

It's still early in the process for me, and while I think I know where I'm getting my cake, it's not confirmed yet. All I know is that I've always wanted a relatively simple cake, but really LOVE the tiny sugar gum paste flowers. I just have no interest in the price per slice shooting through the roof for a few decorations.

Then, LOOK at what I found today on Etsy! (btw, my best friend right now=that website)

You can save hundreds of dollars on a cake by buying those separately. Amazing.
