My daughter's wedding was this past Sat. and it was GREAT!!!. Capt. Bill's in Bay Shore did a wonderful job. People are still calling raving about the food and the room. My question is how to freeze the wedding cake(devil's food with milk chocolate mousse)? Any suggestions?
Hi Alison's mom! I'm not sure about the cake question (for my wedding, they just told us to put it in the freezer, I think...but my mom would be the one to know for sure!) but I wanted to say thank you for posting about her wedding. I am the other LIW Alison who lives in the DC area and we've had the opportunity to get together a few times and compare notes. I am so happy to hear it was a success!
